Anne Carter makes this noise all the time! I was finally able to get it on video. Usually when she see or hears me get the camera out she gets quiet and then tries to put it in her mouth. The other day at the grocery store she was doing this noise so loud. Everyone kept looking at her. We passed one lady going down the aisle who said, "I wondered where that noise was coming from!"
